The Lodge has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10/11 people.

The main bedroom has a Super king-size double bed (which can be split to make a twin room), 1 standard double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 triple room with a bunk bed – comfortably sleeping up to 10 people plus a baby/toddler. There is an occasional bed or the sofa bed for a 11th person.

The large, open lounge area has a beautiful, Breton fireplace with log burning stove, and there are exposed old oak beams giving the space character and charm. The lounge has UK satellite TV, DVD player, and radio/CD player.

The utility room is off the lounge and houses the washing machine with separate downstairs WC. Stairs lead up to Master, single and twin rooms along with a shower room.

An archway leads you through from the lounge down a couple of steps to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave along with seating for up to 10 people. There is a downstairs bathroom and the 2 other bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple) are located above and accessed via an open galleried landing.

The Lodge has its own large and well established private garden, with bench tables, chairs, parasol, and sun-loungers. In addition there is the communal grassed paddock providing additional areas for our splash pool, boles pitch and plenty of space to play badminton and football.

For those who wish to bring their pets with them, both cottages are pet-friendly. We only ask for a £10 supplement for extra cleaning. Both cottages are non-smoking.
