The Lodge has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10/11 people.

The main bedroom has a Super king-size double bed (which can be split to make a twin room), 1 standard double bedroom, 1 twin room, 1 triple room (with a bunk bed) and 1 single bedroom – comfortably sleeping up to 10 people plus the sofa bed in the lounge for an 11th person.

The large, open lounge area has a beautiful, Breton fireplace with log burning stove, and there are exposed old oak beams giving the space character and charm. The lounge has a TV (receiving French and UK freesat channels), a DVD player, and radio/CD player.

The utility room is off the lounge and houses the washing machine with separate downstairs WC. Stairs lead up to Master, single and twin rooms along with a shower room.

An archway leads you through from the lounge down a couple of steps to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker & hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave along with seating for up to 11 people. There is a downstairs bathroom and the 2 other bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple) are located above and accessed via an open galleried landing.

The Lodge has its own large and well established private garden, with bench tables, chairs, parasol and reclining sun-chairs are available.

In addition, we have grassed paddock where you will find the 4 metre splash pool (during the summer months), boules pitch and plenty of space to play badminton and football. There is also the games room with table-tennis table and other games.
These areas are shared between both the Cottage and the Lodge.

For those who wish to bring their pets with them, both cottages are pet-friendly. We only ask for a £10 supplement for extra cleaning.
Both cottages are non-smoking.
